We had a good stay, enjoying the spacious junior suite which was perfect for our family. The pool area was a hit with the kids, and the staff were so friendly. Access to the fitness center really helped us unwind, too.
My kids wished for a more kid-friendly dining menu to choose from during our stay.

missingWrote a review on 07 Auginadequate air conditioningpoor customer service
During my stay, I encountered several issues. The air conditioning was inadequate, leaving the room uncomfortably warm despite it being set low. Additionally, the staff showed little flexibility regarding late checkouts, even when the hotel wasn't full. Such lack of customer service greatly diminished my experience.

missingWrote a review on 03 Augpanoramic viewscozy environment
The Presidential Suite with Balcony offers fine panoramic views that are nearly unbeatable, making it a perfect spot for sipping drinks while watching the sunset. The well-decorated space has a luxurious feel, providing a cozy environment for relaxing with friends or enjoying solitude.
During my stay, I encountered a few persistent nuisances, like a toilet that ran throughout the night, which forced me to shut the bathroom door just to get some sleep. The air conditioning struggled to keep things cool even set to 18 degrees, and late checkout policies seemed rigid despite the hotel not being full.
